When it comes to meditation, especially cultivating a consistent practice, it can often be easy to become discouraged. Melena holds a safe space to allow you to connect deeper. Book an introductory call to share your previous experience and get a feel for a live meditation. Customized Sessions can be held In-Person or Virtually and include:

Melena is a 200-hr RYT certified yoga teacher, currently studying My Vinyasa Practice’s 300-hr. Customized Sessions can be held In-Person or Virtually and include:

Sound Bath Meditation
